Boston Golf can design and manufacture your product. Contact us today and discuss your needs.

Raw materials are ordered, if not already in-stock and available for immediate use. If materials are ordered, usually our supplier can deliver the required materials in 2 days.

Lay-out and Fabrication

Assembly

We begin by sizing the raw material and then begin the process of transforming that material into the final finished product in our shop, utilizing of highly skill  employees.

When the machine shop has completed their work the product then enters the assembly area. In here the work of the machine shop is inspected and the assembly process begins. Some products require extensive tedious assembly. Boston Golf relies on their talented staff to assemble and inspect the product as it passes through this critical stage.

Quality Control

Final Inspection

Through each step, from conception to the final product leaving our facilities, we inspect and where applicable, test our products to insure the product delivered to you is of the utmost quality, this time and every time.

Prior to packaging and preparation for shipment, we again inspect the product for proper fit, high quality welds and paint, proper bends and dimensions and much more.

After the raw materials have been transformed into our final product, we take great care in packaging the product so it arrives to you in the same condition it left our facility.

We ship by a variety of carriers depending on the product and destination. Each carrier was chosen for its quality of service and dependability. Tracking services are provided by some carriers and other services are offered. If you have specific need, don't hesitate to contact us.
